# Project Admission & Operating Flow

> Every MintGate project meets the same free-mint, allocation, disclosure and operational standards before the eligible staker snapshot is created.

Every MintGate project must meet the same free-mint, allocation, disclosure and operational standards before the eligible staker snapshot is created.

## Project admission requirements

- Zero-cost primary mint across the project.
- Enough supply for every eligible staker.
- Agreed 50–100 NFT contribution.
- Team, contract and security review.
- Intellectual-property and metadata disclosure.
- Published supply and reveal structure.
- Separate creator campaign budget where applicable.
- No hidden fee, paid allowlist or paid primary phase.

Network gas may still apply unless the project sponsors it. Secondary-market trading is permitted after launch.

## How MintGate works

| **Stage** | **Process** |
| --- | --- |
| 01 | Hazels sources and evaluates a free-mint NFT project. |
| 02 | The project reserves supply for every eligible staker wallet. |
| 03 | The project commits approximately 50–100 NFTs to the MintGate Reward Vault. |
| 04 | MintGate records the eligible staker snapshot. |
| 05 | Every eligible wallet receives one free-mint right. |
| 06 | Mint completion is tracked publicly. |
| 07 | The USDC distribution unlocks at 100% participation. |
| 08 | Contributed NFTs are converted under a disclosed execution policy. |
| 09 | Net realised USDC is distributed by staker reward weight. |
| 10 | Eligible staker-creators may join the mindshare campaign. |

## Project NFT contribution

```text title="contribution"
Contribution = MIN(100, MAX(50, CEILING(Eligible Wallets x 5%)))
Minimum project reserve = Eligible Free Mints + Project Contribution
```

| **Eligible wallets** | **5% calculation** | **Contribution** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 800 | 40 | 50 NFTs |
| 1,500 | 75 | 75 NFTs |
| 2,400 | 120 | 100 NFTs |
