## Priority contribution access

A contribution window may be opened for a specific Yachtverse project. Verified Hazels holders and active stakers receive priority access before any broader eligible group. Priority does not guarantee acceptance: capacity, jurisdiction, compliance checks, project documents and published contribution terms apply.
