Revenue Pool & Holder Participation
Five percent of positive distributable net product revenue is assigned to the pool, and weight is decided by a published wallet snapshot.
Revenue pool#
For each qualifying Hazels RWA reporting cycle, 5% of positive distributable net product revenue is assigned to the Hazels RWA Pool.
Hazels RWA Pool = max(0, Positive Distributable Net Product Revenue) x 5%A distribution is created only when the applicable product cycle produces positive distributable net revenue.
If the result is zero or negative, no RWA Pool is created for that cycle.
Holder & Staker participation#
Both verified Hazels Holders and active Stakers can qualify for the Hazels RWA Pool.
Active staking receives greater distribution weight because a staking position represents longer-term commitment to the Hazels ecosystem.

Eligibility snapshot#
Eligibility is determined through a published wallet snapshot for each reporting cycle.
A wallet must:
Hold at least one verified Hazels NFT at the snapshot; or
Maintain an eligible active staking position at the snapshot;
Satisfy the published holding or staking period;
Complete any required wallet verification;
Comply with applicable jurisdictional and distribution requirements;
Remain eligible until the announced settlement date where required.
A physical product purchase is not required for an eligible Holder or Staker to receive their calculated pool share unless a specific program explicitly states otherwise.
