Ownership, Identity & Governance

What a Hazels NFT unlocks, why holding and staking are different, and how the same wallet operates as a private network identity.

A Hazels NFT is designed to function as a persistent ownership credential across the ecosystem. Its role is not limited to proving that a collectible exists in a wallet. It verifies that the wallet belongs to the network that Hazels products, campaigns and experiences are built to serve.

The value of that credential changes by product. In Pulse, ownership can establish creator eligibility and published boosts. In Drops, staking can unlock zero-cost access to approved NFT launches. In Academy, ownership can unlock private educational infrastructure. In Store and Meetups, it can unlock product and physical experiences. In RWA, the same credential is intended to connect eligible wallets to published physical-product participation rules after operational rollout.

Holding and staking: two levels of participation#

Holding establishes membership. A verified Holder can enter the ownership layer of Hazels and access the products and campaigns made available to holders under their published terms.

Staking represents a deeper commitment tier. Where a product is designed around staking, the active staking position unlocks the strongest form of utility — including the full Drops route and enhanced participation rules where explicitly published.

One wallet, one Hazels identity#

Hazels is designed so that a connected wallet can serve as a reusable network identity rather than requiring a separate membership system for every product. The same verified ownership position can be evaluated differently by Drops, Pulse, Academy, Store, Meetups and RWA according to each product's rules.

System

What the wallet can verify

What it does not automatically guarantee

Drops

Holder or active staking status, snapshot eligibility

Access outside the published campaign rules

Pulse

Ownership tier, creator eligibility, applicable boost

A high ranking without genuine contribution

Academy

Private access tier

Completion, performance or commercial outcome

Store / Meetups

Release or event eligibility

Inventory or capacity beyond published limits

RWA

Cycle-specific Holder/Staker position

Equity, fixed yield or guaranteed distribution

Product-specific data remains separated by purpose. Wallet ownership can establish access, while creator accounts, campaign data, staking records or RWA reporting may require additional verification. Hazels should collect or connect only the information required for the applicable product operation.

Community governance through the private Discord#

Hazels governance is designed to operate through the private Hazels Discord. Access to the governance environment is restricted to verified Hazels Holders and active Stakers; external users cannot enter the governance space solely through follower count, creator status or public support.

Governance is intended for community-facing decisions where holder input can improve the ecosystem without transferring day-to-day company operations to token voting. Depending on the proposal, this can include feedback or voting on selected Drops opportunities, product concepts, meetup priorities, community initiatives and other published ecosystem decisions.
