Attention & Creator Layer

A creator system designed to measure who contributed, what they created and whether the resulting attention was authentic.

Attention is not the same as contribution. A large impression count can be useful, but it can also be produced by low-context distribution, duplicated content, coordinated engagement or accounts whose audience has little relationship to the campaign.

Pulse is designed to evaluate the quality of the attention, not only the size of it.

Why Pulse measures more than attention#

Pulse separates creator identity from campaign contribution. Reputation, external account quality and historical behavior provide context about who the creator is. Campaign-specific signals then evaluate what the creator actually contributed. Integrity controls examine whether the resulting activity appears authentic.

Dimension

Why it matters

Reach

Shows how far content traveled, but never determines ranking alone.

Relevance

Measures whether the content actually explains or advances the campaign objective.

Originality

Reduces the value of copied, templated or minimally modified content.

Audience Quality

Distinguishes authentic response from low-quality or manipulated engagement.

Conversation Depth

Recognises discussion and downstream activity rather than passive impressions alone.

Historical Reputation

Adds context from prior verified participation without replacing current contribution.

Integrity

Reduces or invalidates activity associated with manipulation.

Verified Hazels creators who hold or actively stake an NFT can receive published ownership-based boosts. Those boosts improve the position of creators already inside the network, but they do not replace genuine contribution, originality or integrity requirements.

Access model#

Pulse campaigns are private. Participation is limited to verified Hazels Holders and Active Stakers unless a specific public campaign is explicitly announced. External creators cannot participate solely through follower count, influence, partnership status or audience size.

Reward logic#

Access level

Reward logic

Active Staker Creator

Receives the published Staker Creator Boost. When a campaign promises guaranteed staker allocation, every eligible active staker who completes the campaign requirements receives that allocation without FCFS competition.

Holder Creator

Receives the published Holder Creator Boost and competes through the final verified campaign leaderboard for the published Holder allocation.

External User

No private-campaign access unless a campaign explicitly opens a public route. Follower count or creator status alone does not create eligibility.
