Revenue Transparency | Each qualifying cycle publishes gross collected revenue, major cost categories, positive distributable net revenue, the 5% pool calculation and final distribution record. |
Snapshot Transparency | Eligibility snapshot timing, Holder/Staker weighting, wallet cap and settlement rules are published before distribution. |
Realized Revenue Only | Unsold inventory, projected sales and estimated future royalties are excluded from distributable revenue. |
Loss Protection | A zero or negative cycle creates no RWA Pool. Operating losses are not transferred to Holders or Stakers. |
No Guaranteed Yield | No fixed yield, APY, floor-value return or guaranteed percentage of future company revenue is promised. |

Ownership boundaries#
A Hazels NFT does not represent equity in Hazels or an affiliated company, ownership of manufacturing inventory, ownership of a factory or retailer, a fixed claim against company assets, a guaranteed percentage of future revenue, a guaranteed APY or control over day-to-day commercial operations.
Any RWA Pool allocation remains subject to final product terms, applicable law, jurisdictional eligibility and the published conditions of the relevant reporting cycle.
